Visa Support Letters
The visa application process may take more than one month. International participants should know visa requirements and plan travel well in advance.
Note
The conference registration system will open in late August 2025. You must complete registration before submitting an invitation letter request.
Important Information:
An official invitation letter will be issued by ACM for CIKM 2025 upon request.
This invitation letter is intended to facilitate visa applications for registered conference participants.
Conference registration must be completed before requesting an invitation letter.
Visa applications and approvals are the sole responsibility of the participant.
How to Request:
You can request an invitation letter by completing our online form. Invitation letters are only issued to registered participants who have paid the CIKM 2025 registration fee.

No PE (Permanent Establishment) Certificate for Indian Participants:
